Refund and Cancellation Policy

In short
Try everything free for 7 days before you buy.
If Hextion doesn't work out, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase: when it won't run on your computer and I can't fix it, when you hit a problem I can't solve, when it isn't what this site described, or when you were charged twice or by mistake. Write with your order number or receipt email and tell me what went wrong.
The shop you bought from pays the refund back to your original payment method.
Try first
The 7-day trial includes every page, template and sound, so you can check Hextion on your own computer before paying.
Who refunds
The shop you bought from refunds you, to your original payment method: Dodo Payments for this site. Write to support@gethextion.com with your order number or receipt email and I'll start it.
The 14-day window
Within 14 days of purchase you get a full refund when:
- Hextion doesn't run on your computer, and I can't get it working for you.
- You hit a problem in Hextion that I can't solve.
- Hextion isn't what this site described.
- You were charged twice, or by mistake.
Write to support@gethextion.com with your order number or receipt email, and tell me what went wrong. If I can fix it quickly, I'll offer that first; if not, or if you'd rather have your money back, you get the full price back.
Your legal rights
If Hextion is faulty or not as described and can't be fixed, you get a refund whatever the window. Your statutory rights are not affected.
EU and UK buyers
The 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase ends once the download begins, because you ask for immediate delivery. The voluntary window above still applies.
What happens to your key
A refunded key is switched off. Hextion notices at its next check and asks for a key again.
Timing
Refund requests get a first reply within 24 hours. The money reaches you in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Tax is refunded with the price.
Chargebacks
Please write to me first. Most problems are fixed or refunded faster that way.
Cancellation
Hextion is one payment. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel and no cancellation charge.
